Our primary goal is to provide our customers with a beautiful and healthy domestic-bred bird.

Our customers are the reason we are here. Each and every one of our valued customers is deeply appreciated and respected. We listen and respond to any reasonable need and request that they have.

We do not sell eggs, we only sell our birds once they are weaned, meaning that they can eat on their own. You can reserve an existing or future egg with a 25% deposit. 

In the unlikely event that an unreasonable and detrimental request is made, we do reserve the right to refuse a sale. At our discretion, we will exhaust every sensible and realistic action possible to prevent this from happening.

Guarantee

We guarantee that our birds are completely healthy.

Nevertheless, we do advise you to take your bird to see a veterinarian within 7 days of receipt of the bird and if any ailment is found for which we are found to be responsible, we will either exchange the bird or refund the entire amount paid once you have shipped the bird back to us. We will pay for the return shipping costs but not for the shipping costs of the bird we send you in exchange.

If you would like a health certificate from a veterinarian, we'll be glad to send you one for an additional fee of $75.

Payment

Our primary payment provider is PayPal. All payments should be made through our exclusive and secure PayPal company page. We do accept personal checks but please allow the check to clear before we ship your bird to you. We also accept cash but this is only if there is a personal face to face exchange. Do not send cash in the mail.

A 3% service charge is applied to all payments through PayPal. When making a reservation deposit, please add this 3% fee to the total amount to be paid.

To reserve a bird, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit. We cannot hold a bird for you without this deposit.  This deposit will be held for a reasonable amount of time and the balance payment is due once the baby is fully weaned.  If we hold the baby for much longer once he's ready to go, we charge a daily fee for our time and resources to continue to care for the baby.

If you are purchashing a bird that is already weaned and ready to ship, please remit full amount. If you are a North Carolina resident, please include the appropriate sales tax for your county as indicated in this link. If paying by PayPal, the correct tax amount will be automatically added when you check out.

For local sales in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina, we can make local pick-up arrangements. There is a charge of .55 per mile for local delivery.

Shipping

We charge a $25 crate fee and payment is made via COD (cash on delivery) by recipient upon pickup at the airport. We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays and guarantee shipment of your baby bird within five (5) business days. We will notify you of the exact date, time and flight number. Please contact us once your baby has arrived to ensure that all went well with the shipping.
